Two wallets matter, and they do not mix.
Round cash
The official description says you earn cash by performing well in a round, then spend it on weapons, utility, and gear for later rounds. The buy menu opens with B in the desktop layout recorded on 30 June 2026, and only during a buy phase the mode allows. Starting cash, kill rewards, and loss bonus were not in the sources checked for this page. Do not paste another game's $3,000 rifle price into a BloxStrike plan.
Use the cash number on your menu:
- If several teammates can buy a primary plus utility, buy together.
- If most of the team cannot afford a useful gun, save or buy only a pistol so the next round is a real buy.
- A light buy is a pistol or a cheaper primary, not a sniper with no support.
- An AWP-sized purchase is a team decision. The official inventory shows an AWP. Its cash cost was not on that screen.
Leaving a match early is a separate issue from round cash. An April 2026 settings FAQ said finishing a match pays coins and leaving early pays none. That sentence uses the word coins, so it may be a different reward from the cash in the buy menu. Do not add the two together.
Credits
Codes, cases, and the cosmetic shop use Credits. LAUNCHSITE and 1MILLIONFAVORITES are Credit rewards. A skin in Inventory is not equipped for combat until Loadout and the buy menu say so.
A practical loop
Check cash, agree on save or spend, buy only what the round plan needs, then play the objective. After the match, spend Credits on cases if you want cosmetics. Trade-up contracts, added in update 1.1.1, consume skins and are not a way to print round cash.
